In Deutschland wird Ostern mit Ostereiern und Osterhasen und gutem Essen gefeiert.
In Germany, Easter is celebrated with Easter eggs and Easter bunnies and good food.
Die Eier werden meistens von Kindern bunt bemalt. Manche Eier werden vorher geleert/ausgeblasen. The eggs are usually painted in bright colors by children. Some eggs are emptied/blown out beforehand.
Die Hasen sind meistens aus Schokolade. Und es gibt sie in verschiedenen Größen.
The rabbits are mostly made of chocolate. And they come in different sizes.
Es gibt 2 freie Tage, an denen die Geschäfte geschlossen haben und nur gearbeitet wird, wenn es sein muss, zum Beispiel im Krankenhaus.
There are 2 days off when shops are closed and people only work when they have to, for example in the hospital.
Auf der anderen Seite findet man in Deutschland auch die andere Art Ostern zu feiern. Nämlich mit Gottesdienst, sich erinnern daran, dass Jesus gekreuzigt, gestorben und auferstanden ist.
On the other hand, you can also find another way of celebrating Easter in Germany. Namely with worship, remembering that Jesus was crucified, died and rose again.
So kommt es darauf an, welche Leute man in Deutschland trifft, und wie diese Leute dann Ostern feiern.
So it depends on which people you meet in Germany and how these people celebrate Easter.

Die Vorgeschichte zu Ostern ist, dass Jesus in diese Welt kam. Das feiern wir an „Weihnachten“.
The prelude to Easter is that Jesus came into this world. That’s what we celebrate at Christmas.
Jesus wuchs auf, wurde groß, bis er 30 Jahre alt war. Dann hat er etwa 3 Jahre Wunder getan, z. B. Leute geheilt, gepredigt und vieles mehr.
Jesus grew up, got big until he was 30 years old. Then he did miracles for about 3 years, e.g. B. People healed, preached and much more.
Am „Karfreitag“ wurde Jesus gekreuzigt. Drei Tage später, am „Ostersonntag“, ist er wieder auferstanden. Das ist die Bedeutung von Ostern.
On „Good Friday“ Jesus was crucified. Three days later, on „Easter Sunday“, he rose again. This is the meaning of Easter.

Jesus kam auf diese Welt, weil Gott uns liebt. Er möchte, dass unsere zerbrochene Beziehung zu Gott wiederhergestellt wird.
Jesus came into this world because God loves us. He wants our broken relationship with God to be restored.
Unsere Beziehung zu Gott ist zerbrochen, weil wir von Gott getrennt sind, durch das, was wir falsch machen und gemacht haben.
Our relationship with God is broken because we are separated from God by what we are doing and what we have done wrong.
Alles, was wir falsch machen, nennt die Bibel Sünde. Wir müssen aber nicht getrennt von Gott bleiben.
Anything we do wrong the Bible calls sin. But we don’t have to remain separate from God.
Wir sollten Jesus annehmen und glauben, dass er für unsere persönliche Sünden am Kreuz gestorben und wieder auferstanden ist.
We should accept Jesus and believe that He died on the cross for our personal sins and rose again.
Dann ist die Beziehung zu Gott wiederhergestellt. Das ist dann ein „persönliches Ostern“.
